Reissue

Privacy policy

Last updated 2 November 2026

Reissue turns what you say into posts in your own voice. To do that we keep your notes, your writing and, if you connect them, access to post to your social accounts. This page says exactly what we collect, why, who helps us run it, and how to get it deleted.

The short version. Your notes and posts are yours. We use them only to run Reissue for you. We never sell them, never use them for ads, and never post anything without your tap. The AI services we use don't train their models on what you send through Reissue. Email [email protected] and we'll delete everything.

Who we are

Reissue is run by Marina Vasilieva in Sydney, Australia. Contact: [email protected]. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. Social access tokens expire on their own (LinkedIn after about 60 days) and are deleted when you disconnect or delete your account. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your notes, audio, library, drafts, voice profile and tokens within 30 days, including from backups as they cycle.

Deleting your data

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Reissue data". We'll confirm and delete everything listed above within 30 days. You can also remove a single picture from your library in the app at any time.

To remove Reissue's access to your social accounts straight away: on LinkedIn, Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services; on Instagram, Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites. Full steps: data deletion instructions.

Security

Your information is stored with row-level security, so each account can only ever read its own data. Social tokens are kept on the server and never sent to your phone or browser. Audio and pictures sit in private storage.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, email us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
